Good day

i requested that my banking details be switched because i changed jobs. i did this at the mtn store in eastgate. i submitted the required documents and was told that it was sorted out. a month later it was still not done and had to go through the process again. they then proceeded to bill another bank account. during this month my service was cut and had to pay the total amount due in a single payment because of their carelessness! further to that i have no idea how i ended up subscribed to a joke service by mtn loaded i have called 3 times to cancel it and each time they say it is done but clearly its not! today i called again to cancel it and was told that their is a technical problem and i will continue to get charged for this service cause the call centre doesn't know whats going on. i am not prepared to pay for something that i have unsubscribed too.
