Since around the 7 or 8th of Feb I have been capped which is strange because my bandwidth monitor says I've only used 1.5 gig (and I don't use wireless) MTN reckons that I've used 4 gig strange but that's not the thing that makes me most irritated.
My throttles speeds are sitting at 125kbps which is FAR below their advertised speeds for uncapped lite. I got fed a huge load of BS from the call centre about contention ratios and the like, which may be plausable if you don't look at my usage graph which is basically a straght line at 125kbps with 0 spiking above the line over the last 5 days. These speeds are rediculous and not to mention an absolute rip off. I MTN can't get their bandwidth monitoring right then at least get your cap speeds correct.
