My name is Bruce Robert Cable. I have been fighting with Cell C for 8 months trying to get an answer to the problem I have. Apparently I took out a cell phone contract with the Cavendish store in November last year, which is being deducted from my bank account. I however live in Mossel Bay 400km's away and definitely did not take out a contract with your shop. I went to Cape Town in March 2013 and spoke to a very nice young gentleman with a foreign name which I unfortunately can't remember as I lost his business card. He did get back to saying that the matter was handed over to management and that he will get back to me with more info which never happened. I emailed the manager Fatima Price on 19 June 2013 and she still has not responded to my calls or email. I have contacted the call center and just seem to keep on being sent from 1 person to the next and only seem to be collecting reference numbers as if it is going out of fashion and the matter seems to keep on being expedited, but nothing gets resolved. I must commend Cell C on the and delayed service I have received. Thumbs up Cell C for the baddest service ever. I personally would not recommend Cell C to anyone
