PROBLEMS FROM DECEMBER 2012

This is my second serious complaint about TELKOM MOBILE (8ta)
After struggling from December 2012 with a large amount of money (approximately R3000) that they charged when I didn't even have a phone I went to Hello Peter in April. They refunded me with the amount in May.
This past week they debited my bank with R750 on the 20th of June, with no reason and no permission and shortly afterwards suspended my phone. When I did an enquiry, I was told that I owe them R5k and is R3k in arrears. Eventually it was because, they refunded that previous amount because I went to Hello Peter and now debited my account with that amount again. How ridiculous?
My phone is still suspended. I have called 10 times already since Thursday. Nothing yet. I have a binding 24 contract, but I cannot take this anymore. I want to cancel asap.
