They TREAT and long term users i'm disgusted

I'm on the top up 100 - I have been noticing that my airtime is getting less and less. which was funny as i do not make any calls and only receive calls. I have been a subscriber for over 15 years with MTN. But i think i will be closing my contract with them in the end of august and move on as they are from me.!!! i phoned my concern and the lady of MTN Sp told me that any voicenotes, pics ect sent to me that i open i pay for it, while i understand that we pay for youtube as it is streaming, i was told i can down load non streaming files ect. i have never been charged and was told it is included in my package but according to the MTN Sp they are deducting now, I was not Notified of any changes to my contract and all internet and non streaming downloads, Voicenotes and pics sent to me on bb was included. and also it is on my contract. so it is breach of contract and they are from me as a longtime subscriber and the lady basically told me this is how it is. I will definitely take it further if not resolved. hope some one gets back to me. this is not Ayoba
