Extreamly bad service, Not DOING THEIR WORK

My Mom change her bank details at Cell C customer care 3 times already, went to the Cell C shop in Kolonade to Change it their, Every month they deduct it from her old account what was closed and then lock her phone.
Cause she is not paying, Why do you need to provide them every single month to update the banking details and they dont do their work, then they dont want to activate the phone again, until she paid, but its them thats lazy people not doing the work they should, If they have done what was asked we will not be in this position.

I will be taking this further and will go to the newspapers about this.

Cell C CEO will phone my mom personally and apologies, for the inconvenience,

Secondly im trying to sort this out for her but I have been on hold for an hour now and now service yet.
