Bad useless modem and the saga continues!!!

Further to my reports on 1 and 16 February 2013 posted on as well as numerous telephone calls to and from Autopage, I can confirm that I am still without a modem! I can also no longer contact Najma at [Email Removed] Emails are being returned as undeliverable! Needless to day, the debit order for the modem that I do not have are still going off against our account??? Should I now wish to stop the debit order at my bank, this too is going to cost me money. Thank you
