NO SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE AT ALL!!!

I was contacted by Autopage Cellular to inform me that I qualify for a contract with Cell C (control chat 225) which included a simcard and a Cell C MF190 USB speed stick. This was delivered to me by a courier company and I handed them my ID and proof of address in order for the SIM card to be RICA. I have not used this at all and today I tried to set it up and got "no service" message. I firstly contacted Cell C who informed me that the contract was with Autopage and I must contact them. Here I was informed that it was a new contract and they will put me throught to the correct department to have it RICA. This man told me that they don't do it and they don't contact customers for contracts, he can not assist me. What??? I am paying R231.00 per month for something I cannot even use! I need someone from Autopage to contact me and resolve this matter immediately.
