NO RESOLUTION

1.Dear Peter, thank you for your help with my cellphone problems, but it has not been sorted yet. Autopage finally cancelled my contract on their side, but the port to MTN was not done properly and I cannot receive phone calls or sms's on cell nr 0845129881 via the MTN network. MTN advised me that Autopage has to activate and Rica my nr from their side on the Cell C Network and then MTN can do the port request again. Unfortunately this process will cost me R500 and this is really not my fault. I do not want to loose this nr, since we use this nr for about 10 years and it is linked to our medical aid, banks, policies etc. I want Autopage to activate this nr at no cost to enable MTN to do the port properly. This issue of the cellphone is now ongoing since January 2013 and it really become a huge problem. Thank you so much for your help once again.
