Dubble Account Billing

I always pay my account via eft payment. I paid my account on 5 Feb 2013 and then on 7 Feb 2013 a debit order also went off out of the blue. I expect a call to explain what this was about and I need the money to be paid back into my account ASAP as this is my money for petrol that MTN took.

I logged a query on MTN's website and no-one have contacted me
