Double debit - no response!!!

Hopefully this will get noticed!

Last week Thursday (25/08/2013) i was contacted by a call centre agent telling me i have not yet paid my account... my response was check your history as there is a debit order set for my account on the 28th of each month & the last one that went off was the 28/06/2013! Then after this call, a debit order goes off my account on the 26/07/2013 & AGAIN on the 29/07/2013!!!

I have logged a query on the website as well as mailed them but no response! I need that money paid back into my account ASAP like in yesterday!

I now have no choice now but to go & cancel my debit order & should i not have the money back into my account within 24hours, i will have to take this further! Especially with a interest rate at 32.10% - this is daylight!
