On Tuesday afternoon I completed the online upgrade form on MTN Direct. Yesterday a very friendly and efficient gentleman, Tabo, phone me and within minutes my upgrade was done. He said it would take approx 2 - 5 working days for delivery. To my surprise and utter delight the new phone was delivered at 1pm today!!! What AWESOME service!!!
