Three emails with one being forwarded to the relevant departments by 8ta Social Media
And still NO response, NO communication, NO Feedback regarding my cancellation request relating to case number 4005376.
Seriously what kind of company are you? Taking 3 weeks to ATTEND to a cancellation? Where the consumer needs to constantly make contact? Informing me that I will be contacted shortly with no contact! One would swear "shortly" in 8ta's hand book is 1 month.
I previously asked that a senior member of staff call me and explain what is going on, this has not happened and I'm left with the impression that no one has the slightest clue as to what's going on. If I had to call in, Ill most likely be told that my case has not been attended to as all the other times.
Funny enough you have the nerve to debit my account, further inconveniencing me, forcing me to cancel any deductions made by 8ta/Telkom.
Can a competent individual who could FINALLY settle this whole debacle contact me urgently.
