I'd just like to say thank you to Telkom for the great service we experienced last year. I've been meaning to say thank you for a while but didn't get round to it.
We had a faulty phone line at home - not once did I have to speak to an agent or see a technician. I followed voice prompts to log fault. I was kept up to date on progress via sms and was even able to rate the service that way. Our phone line was fixed a day later.
Telkom has come a long way with customer service - thank you!
