I have been trying to get 8ta/ Telkom mobile to acknowledge receipt of my request to cancel my contract since the 23rd of September. They refuse to reply and acknowledge that they have received said information and that the cancellation has been processed. My case number: 6876266.
Furthermore I have received several calls reminding me that my contract is up for renewal. This is unacceptable. Please cancel my contract without making me beg for it!
