I have been trying to port my number over from Autopage to MTN for 2 weeks now. No matter how many times i call and leave messages nobody gets back to me. I have had an MTN contract number for 11 years and i think this is utter BS service. MTN Gateway seems to think that i am happy to just wait forever and that bad service is okay. I have never ever had to chase someone to give them business let alone chase them for 2 weeks without getting any response.
I would not be so mad if somebody actually got back to me with info on what was happening, if there is a problem i will understand and try to help with rectification. But NOTHING!!! No calls, or followups, NOTHING!!!
I just had to edit half my letter out due to the HP terms and conditions. Consider yourself lucky...
