I have simply had enough of this ridiculousness! I wish to be assisted immediately!!! I have had an on-going problem that has not been resolved by any employee in any of your stores! Your customer service standards are atrocious and I am highly disgusted by your lack of "going the extra mile" for your customers! If this complaint is not responded to within 48 hours, I WILL be taking this further with the NCC and I a assure you that my complaint will be dealt with in the appropriate manner until I am 100 % satisfied with the outcome!
I will not give up until I have received the level of service I deserve as a PAYING customer! I have ALREADY paid for the product... It appears that you people only care about luring the customers in... once you've got them hooked in the binding contracts... you couldn't give two hoots about what happens to them thereafter!!
I promise you now, if you as a company carry on this way, you will not have any customers left to treat like garbage!!!
