Please note that the above mentioned complaint to Magnificent kitchens, had been retracted by complainant due to lack of evidence, after we offered our full cooperation with regards to the alleged. This happened due to negligence from our customer, where the jewelry was left in the open.
This could have been done by not only our employees, but also the house help and other people moving through the property.
We would also like to confirm that the project was completed within our agreed contract time-line as per quotation signed by our customer for her bathroom renovation. Our final payment was also received by customer, proofing that our workmanship is according to our high standards.
