I have a Data Contract with Cell C and am supposed to be able to work on my Samsung Tablet by means of 3G. HAH for the 10 days i have only been able to connect via "H" or EDGE.
As far as i understand my contract with them is for the use of 3G. I have placed calls to the call center and even got as far as getting a reference number given to me. On following up 3 days later (coz i heard nothing) i was told that there is a problem with the 3G and i must just live with it.
This is soo not what i signed up for. I Pay my monthly bill without any hassels - but for them to step up to the plate and supply the service paid for seems to be an issue.
I find it unacceptable to have this poor reception for the last 10 days!!! Jack up your service!! i am paying for it!!!
