Could someone from Telkom, please assist me urgently.
I recently downgraded my residential service package, as there was items on the bill I never made use of.
From R570 down to under R400pm, but somehow someone must have pressed the wrong button and now it is double!
My last 2 bills was over R1000.
Please contact me ASAP as I have had no luck from the call centres.
