Landline Out of order for 3 weeks

Hi,

Am so dissappointed with Telkom, Their service is very bad. I logged a call on behalf of my mother to report a faulty line, No technicians has showed up. What they are good at is sending messages saying that is has been restored. I have been calling in again and again telling the technicians that the phone is still faulty, and they promise to send someone to investigate.

Everytime i call in they give me a different reference number. The last one was 917CNZ060213.
