I got some awesome service from Gerry at 8ta at the C.T branch on Adderly street. He was friendly helpful and got my problem with my broken modem fixed in no time. This is not the first time he was helpful. I recognized his face as the person who helped me when i took out my contract and now i got great serivce from him again. Well done 8ta and Gerry - i know its not often you get positive feedback but its twice now that i received good service
