I've requested for a refund on the 30 Jan 2013 and was informed by the call center it would take 5-7 days for the refund to be paid.

When i called them yesterday i was told that i now need to wait 21 working days when i've requested for a manager i was told his unavailable but will return my call 5pm.(this didn't happen).

I would like assistance to get my refund and also report this poor service from vodacom.
