Poor service, no feedback

Line down for a week by tomorrow, 110CTK020213. When you contact and manage to get passed the automated answering "It has been given to the technicians" No communication on schedules or feedback about the problem. The customer just have to wait. Such service is the reason for poor financial situation at Telkom. I'm moving to other providers, just had enough!!! Keep on sleeping Telkom, hope you enjoy it.
