Poor service/ feedback/response

We had contacted Ramesh (telkom sales consultant) in October with regards to transferring our lines to our new premises. He was advised that the lines needed to be connected urgently by 1st December. To date telkom technicians are still getting the order completed. The reason for their delay is that there is a problem with the cable. We have tried to contact Ramesh prior to December for feedback but of the several calls made he had only answered 2 times and no response to even an email sent to him! Yesterday i made 4 calls to him and non were returned. He finally answered the 5th call made towards late afternoon and gave me his superiors number for feedback., i have been unable to contact his superior as there is no answer. Is the what telkom will call excellent service??? calls and emails don't get responded to, their turn around work time to complete tasks is poor. Is it just about get the sales and ignore the service??? i am really disappointed with telkom's service and the lack of responsibility from the sales representatives to follow up with their clients.
