Does autopage know the meaning of integrity? I raised a query 07/01 with Lee, I get no response on it. However, I receive a call from them on the 06/02 with a promotion that they offering me. I that's not a s shock, I get a call from Gregory on the 7th, telling me that I have an unbilled amount of R2000.00 since my contract is an open contract. Now this amazes me since thay are debit my account with an amount of R327.50 on a monthly basis. When I questioned and challenged Gregory, he repays my 3year relationship by suspending my service. Wait for the more interesting part of everything, this is after they deducted R327.50 on the 21/01. i think it's time I consult the media, the consumer ombudsman and my attorneys.By law my service can not be suspended without sufficient, and better yet, not after a payment was made. Kindly advise how my kids must get hold of me when they need me? So autopage, who would you like to hear from first.
