In Oct 2012 I noticed that my "free" minutes were vanishing and I registered a complaint with Clearice who assured me that she will revert to me (ref 018K-KBHT). I have never heard from her since. In the meantime, I notice that still minutes are vanishing. The last was on Wednesday, 6 Feb, I checked my minutes and had 163. The next day I checked I had 162 despite not having made a single call (free or tolled).
What is going on and why is Vodacomn from me?
