VODACOM HAS CEASED SUPPLYING DETAILS OF FREE MINUTES USED AND FREE MINUTES AVAILABLE. THIS HAS BEEN DONE APPARANTLY WITHOUT NOTIFYING GOOD PAYING CLIENTS. ON 14 MAY AT 12H20 I SPOKE TO KHON IN THE CALL CENTRE AND A MONTH BEFORE TO SOMEONE ELSE. BOTH SAID THEY WOULD THE CORRECT PARTIES WOULD BE TOLD TO RE-INSTATE ON MY MONTHLY STATEMENT, DETAILS OF FREE MINUTES. YESTERDAY I AGAIN PHONE THE CALL CENTRE (KUGU) AT 14H35 WHO TOLD ME VODACOM HAS CEASED PUTTING THIS INFORMATION ON STATEMENTS. THIS MEANS, IF I WISH TO ENQUIRE ABOUT FREE MINUTES, I NEED TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE, GO THROUGH THE OPTION SELECTION, WAIT IN LINE AND THEN ANSWER NOT LESS THAN 5 (FIVE) QUESTIONS TO AUTHENTICATE MYSELF. THIS IS A REDUCTION IN SERVICE WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND I CANNOT SEE HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO SUPPLY WHAT I AND MANY OTHERS WANT TO KNOW.
