After requesting cancellation of insurance cover, it was only cancelled after a couple of months due to some inexpliccable error in they're system. During this time my account was still being debited. After following up on numerous occasions I was promised a refund back into my account before the end of December 2012. To my dissappointment I have not yet received any feedback or refund after, again having to contact Vincent on 02/01/2013. According to him the refund was approved by his management, but he has no clue why there is a delay of the refund. I am utterly dissappointed and tired of having to follow up on Cellsure.
