February 2013 i was contacted by Cellsure for insurance on my cell phone. I accepted the policy and have been paying the insurance on time every month since. Recently my phone was lost so i put in a claim with Cellsure, however they have rejected it because I had my sim card in another phone. I would not have a problem with this, if they had specified this when they contacted me regarding insurance. I never received a policy document from them via post or email with the terms and conditions stating this either.
