I insured my car with this company on the 18/12/12. The insurance was then cancelled by the end of Decmember 2012. I made Doreen aware of the cancellation and yet I was still debited for insurance for January and February 2013. I have sent numerous mails to Doreen enquiring as to when the refund will be paid. I was first promised a refund by the 12/02/13. Then I was told the refund had been paid into my account on 13/02/13. Still nothing. I leave messages and my calls are not returned, I send emails to which I receive no response. This kind of service is utterly disgusting! I have considered insuring my current vehicle with this company but after this nightmare, I will definitely not be going that route!!!
