Extremely bad service

It has now been two weeks since I handed in my phone at Vodaworld and a more than a week since I have last heard anything - after all the hassles I had at Vodaworld they promised me a phone DELIVERED to me by last week Friday... How can you call that service? I have now been paying for a phone for more than a month which I don't even have.
