I queried my 3G bill that I have for my ipad as My bill was doubled. When I looked at the itemize billing, it showed I had been on my ipad for 22 hours, 14 hours, 12 hours etc at a time. This is impossible. When I queried this will your customer service, no one could answer my query. My call was passed to 10 different people, and then finally someone seemed to be able to help, and said someone would look into it and he was filing a query for the billing error and someone would call me back with 24 working hours. That was almost a week ago, I called last Friday and today is Thursday. Still waiting...
As my bills are paid by direct debit, I have no control now on trying to get this sorted out as they have taken my money..I think this is not only the worst customer service I received but also daylight '!!!
