On the 26/02/2013 I received an SMS saying "Dear Client Activate your debit order on African Bank acc GRG003072 and honour pmnt. Failure to do so will result in a handover. Call 0112074500." I ignored this as I do not have have an account with African Bank, I do not wish to sound petty but I do not want to receive messages from a company that I have no dealings with and also knowing that someone has used my contact number. On the 06/03/2013 I received another sms saying "Dear Client Your African Bank acc 062468 is handed to PL Debt Recoveries. Make immediate pmnt to avoid further action. Contact 0112074500", I then phoned 0112074500 on the 06/03/2013, and spoke to an agent to advise them to please remove my number from their system, the agent advised me she would do so. As i have said, I do not have an account with African Bank. Today the 05/04/2013 I received yet another sms saying "Dear Client Your African Bank acc 062468 is handed to PL Debt Recoveries. Make immediate pmnt to avoid further action. Contact 0112074500". As I said I do not wish to sound petty, but would like not to receive messages that do not concern me. Thank you in advance.
