UNISA sent me an invoice on 17 Aug with 105 other students' invoices together with mine, with their personal details included. I have addressed the issue with them via email stating that it is a violation of privacy, but they have still not given feedback.
If these many details of other students was sent to me, how many other students have received my details? It is a security risk and definitely a violation of privacy.
