4 Days and my contract is still not working!!

On Monday the 30 September 2013, I took out a smart m contract at Chatz Cellular in Greenstone.
This was under my business. I waited 24 hours and inserted my sim and turned on my phone, it could not connect to any network.

I went back to Chatz Cellular in Greenstone, where they did a sim swap as they thought the sim was faulty.
Again I waited 18 hours and powered on the device and it again did not find a network.

I went back for a third time (2nd of October) and one of the sales consultants lodged an inquiry with Vodacom. The Vodacom consultant said they would call me back as soon as the problem was resolved. To this day I have not received that call.

We phoned again and a different agent said she will try and synchronize the number on the network and I should wait half an hour to an hour before powering on the device. I did this and there is still an error.

It is now the end of business on the 4th day and I STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING DEVICE.

I thought that Cell C were bad for breach of contract!!
and now looks like Vodacom are no better.

Very disappointing.
