I have not received my maternity claim till date, I logged a case last year 25th of October 2021. This is so unprofessional. What should one do to get assistance because no TL is available to speak to when I call in the call centre.
This saddens and frustrates me considering the fact that on a monthly base UIF is being deducted without fail however when it is time to get my claims one should go back and forth.
Can I get assistance please. This makes me wonder if it is a way to chow our money.
