VODACOM - HEAD OFFICE
New Contract - Account Blocked by Backoffice

I have been trying in vain to sort out the fact that Vodacom decided to lock my account without any reason since Sunday the 10th. I have been on the phone every day and nobody knows what is going on . I am being send from 081 135 to Fraud Department and back. All I want to do is bring my phone in and return what belongs to Vodacom as they are in breach of contract. My Cell is 0713210118.
