Closed my case without no resolution

I am very disappointed with Telkom call center agents. They all failed to resolve the issues and other agents hung up.

I have a issue with the telkom pole in my yard and it's about to fall down. This is an emergency issue that requires immediate attention, as the pole might fall into my house or my neighbor's... i reported the issue on the 25th October and they advised me that the engineer would come out and when i got back to them after a month, they said they've closed the case. Telkom customer service is absolutely poor, with agents that don't understand their work and they don't even care about their customers.
