After phoning for two hours my problem on account have yet to be solve. I have been bounce from one department to another. Everytime I got transferred, I need to explain my story all over again. At the end they did not help me to solve anything.
Acc problem: Applied for Telkom Simple Plan 2 on Sept 2012 which is R499 every month. I have, however, received invoices from two accounts instead of one. One account requested for /- R500 and the other requested /- R800. I tried to tell Telkom I have been paying /- 500 every month so I shouldn't be owing any money but so far it have been unsuccessful.
