Incompetent staff at MTN Ghandi Square

i have purchased a contract mobile phone (Blackberry z10) at Ghandi Square Mtn Branch. it was on the 21/01/14
few days later the device was faulty, it was just switching it self off without even rebooting . after that i had switched it on it will again swicth off . therfore i took it back to the store. and they said they have to take it back to the manufacture/factory to be fixed. it was on the 27/01/14 when i returned the device to the Branch. Until today i have not yet got my device.

i have asked them at least to give me any device except Balckebery Z10, however i was told that i cannot get any phone except the one i have originaly purchased. its been two weeks now i have been without a phone.
i am willing to be given any phone that worth the value of Blackbey z10 if they do not have one in their store.
my contract installment has to commence this month (20/02/14) yet i have used a phone for not more than a week. i want my phone before closing of business today or else the contract must be cancelled.
