I can't be surprised this has happened to me again, and for future reference, I will never expect an improvement from your company. I placed an order 03/02/2014, have been phoning everyday for a tracking number. Today I get told that my order will be delivered on Monday 10/02/2014, BUT you can't give me a tracking number! Now how do you know that my order is going to be delivered on Monday, if there isn't a tracking number??? Are you psychic?? I am so disappointed in your company. Always promises, but no commitment!
