NO SERVICE

Have been trying to sort out my account with VM SA since December - account has gone up from R700 to R2000, NO ONE has had the decency to get back to me - spoke to Mxolisi on 9 January - needless to say I'm still waiting and in the mean time the charges have been deducted off my banking account.
This is not the first time I have had a problem with Virgin Mobile - I wonder if Mr Richard Branson knows just how poor the service is we get in SA, NO ONE seems to give a toot. Believe me if I owed them the money I would be hounded 10 times a day, but I guess its different when they have the money from you?
