As a client of Virgin Mobile I am underwhelmed by their shocking service. They offer 1000 free sms every time you load airtime. But then they charge you for these sms. When you call in to their help line they say "Sorry it was a technical problem". Virgin mobile are a farce and Richard Branson professes to to be this saint riding in on his white horse to save South Africa. What a laugh. What did he invest in. He just piggy backs on our networks and profits. The same as his credit card (through ABSA). He didn't build infrastructure and the service they offer is below standard. It took 18 months before I could have voice messages. I have had my sms service disconnected 4 times, and been on the help line for over 30 minutes each time to get it sorted out, I have persisted as people have my number and I want to be contactable. I would recommend rather using a service like Cell C as they have similar rates and I believe their service to be bette
