I have had many Blackberry's in my time and all satisfactory and work great! I got a new Blackberry Curve 6 months ago, its been well looked after! At first I had no problems! But lately it just freezes, says I have no space avavailable (even though I've deleted all my pictures as well as my videos and music) this phone is actually useless! I was one of the first customers to purchase a blackberry in begginning of 2009 and had no complaints and all I did was advertise and tell people how great it was! I'm dissapointed with this new phone as the quality of product is not up to standard and I've encounted nothing but problems! Being such a great Blackberry customer I trust you will be able to help in some way with a new phone or something to make me proud and happy to be a blackberry customer! Thank You
