CONTRACT CANCELLED AND FULLY SETTLED IN MAY 2013

I had a contract with the provider, after upnormal billing i decided to cancel the contract. i phoned in and was referred to their cancelations department which quoted me the figure of R2873.23 wich i paid on the 9th may 2013 and my contract was cancelled and changed back to pre-paid on the 13th/ may /2013. Letter of settlement was also send to me.

To my suprise yesterday the 6th/jan/2014 i checked my ITC profile as i do yearly and i'm now listed. the listing was imposed in November /2013.

I immediately phoned and they are telling me that their cancellation departments gave me wrong figures because there are other screens that do not appear on their site. that's not my problem if vodacom's processes are not in order.

I Demand my name to be cleared from ITC within 48 hours and status being updated, failing to do so i'm going to present this to my legal team and legal action will be taken against your group which in turn will be liable for legal fees.
