I applied for a 8ta cellophane contract exactly 4 weeks ago at the the telkom store in festival mall, I have tried calling the store relentlessly and nobody answers the phones.i get a call today the 06 february 2014... telling me that he does not know what is going on and that I should try and escalate it some how...
