No one is answering there phones accept Directory Enquiry which can't help me at all.
My contract got suspended even after h have paid my account and i can see that on the website but still they claim i have not paid my account.
NOW my server is offline and no one answers the phone to help me resolve this issue.
I called on 06 Jan 2014 3 times, staying on the line MORE THAN AN HOUR each.
I called on 07 Jan 2014 2 times, staying on the line MORE THAN AN HOUR each.
Between the long calls I have made shorter durations of calls.
This is unbelievable. I would like to send a official letter of complaint to the CEO and Service Desk Manager but i cant because no one answers and i think no one will care as well.
I can't have this type op service when i'm expected to have a professional company.
Telkom, you need to start focusing on your clients! Your service is very bad.
Resolve my suspended account asap, you will see it is paid!
