BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR ADSL AND TELKOM LINES

We lodged a complaint with Telkom regarding our ADSL modem. The reference number for the call was: 1021 CRK 040214. A Telkom person arrived who refused to give us his name and actually did not want to enter the house and work on the problem. After asking him to come in and look at the problem he refused to explain to me what the problem was and said that I was giving him attitude. I informed him that our lines also had a problem to which he said that he is not here for the line but only the ADSL and would not even listen to the problem we have with the lines. He then said that he did not need to work on the ADSL modem and left. While writing this complaint I am still shocked by his behavior. He certainly has no concept of customer service and I would like him to be dealt with personally as well! He did not want to give me his name but drove a Telkom vehicle with reg number: WGB 177 GP he wore a purple stripped golfer shirt. This is absolutely shocking behavior from a Telkom rep. Both our lines and ADSL have been giving us problems for over 3 months and we have not received any help from Telkom!
