Sim not atcivated after 2 weeks of obtaining cell

I received the contract phone last week Wednesday.
o Firstly I waited over week for my cellphone
o Stanton assisted me to activate my sim since last week Wednesday.
o Everyday day he has some issue with who is not assisting sort this sim activation for me . this was a number for life activation. Further to this he blames Clive for messing up this contract, and confirmed that clive paid no attention to detail on this contract. He confirmed that Clive has left the company.
o Yesterday after my 4th call to stanton, he confirm what the error was, and confirmed that he will deliver a new sim to me today and this will be sorted today. I will have a working phone today.
o This has not transpired, now when I call he confirmed this is no longer the case, yourself and him have decided to just give me a new number, not a new sim. He informed me that he cannot give me a time for this to happen, has he is awaiting assistance from someone else.
o He confirmed that you are not available to assist me either... he also refused to give me you tele number... or any senior management information.

I am really frustrated and appalled by your new sales team lack of service and assistance.
